Design & Construction of a Bluefield port (dredging to -16m, 27ha reclamation, 52,000 stone columns, 630m quay deck on piles, 19ha of yard, 5MVA back up plant, 10,000 sm buildings and dedicated quarry opening).
Review of Final Design and Detailed Design.
Establishment of QAQC process (method statement, materials approval, test plan, commissioning).
Supervision of Works (including HSE).
Contracts management (Concession Agreement with Grantor and Independent Engineer, White Fidic with PMC, Yellow Fidic with Contractor, Green Fidic for investigations).
Management of Client construction team (14 people).
Technical support for financing process with ANZ.
Implementation of Environmental Management Plan, including Biodiversity Action Plan (mangroves and seagrass offset).
Coordination with Operations team for Go-Live before Works completion.

Engineering & Construction Project Manager – Puteaux, France
Project Management from Client side.
Cost estimate at prefeasibility stage for international bidding.
Coordinate Design with Operations department and definition of Employer’s Requirements.
Supervision of design from feasibility to tender and bidding process (technical / commercial / legal analysis, clarification, negotiation and award for consultants and contractors).
Financial and technical supervision of environmental & technical studies and works (Fidic contracts).
Implementation of quality procedures and standards for Engineering & Construction department.

Project Management from Client side.
Definition of Employer’s requirements.
Supervision of design from feasibility to tender, bidding process (French “Marché Public”).
Financial and technical supervision of works on one of the biggest rehabilitation sites in Paris (450 M€).
