Cutting, standard and CNC machining, threading, thread rolling, cold forging, assembly…
- Lead the change and standardization of operations and performance control on OEE
- Define and adapt the team production routine for fulfillment of service level >99%
- Optimize the production scheduling: >100 machines, >500 products references
- Improve the material flow and inventory control through EOQ, pull systems and IS
- Setup and team training on DMAIC approach and Statistical Process Control for 6SIGMA
- Train and empower the team leaders on TPM, 5S and Kaizen workshops activities
- Lead and enforce the safety regulations throughout the workshops towards zero accident
- Introduction of enhanced manufacturing processes for material and manpower savings
- Execution of several investment plan for a production capacity increase of 150%
- Responsible for the production module implementation of Microsoft AX2012 (ERP)
- Multisite supply chain synergy development between Thailand, China and India facilities

AC electrical motors & fans production: motors insulation, coil winding, machining, assembly, mechanical control and specialized electrical testing
- Perform the shop floor scheduling and lead the time/cost control activities
- Field implementation of continuous improvement methods: LEAN, 5S, 6SIGMA
- Created the employees training, skills development and empowerment system
- Lead the HSE committee and enforce the safety regulations through the workshop
